Managing Agile Software Engineering Teams

I have 10 years + experience managing agile software development and building and developing software at scale. In my role at Boots I am responsible for the teams building Boots.com as well as the Android and iOS Apps. I have experience of managing teams working on shore, off shore and near shore and of a variety of frameworks and methodologies including SAFe, SCRUM and KanBan.

Happy to provide support, help and guidance related to specific projects, staffing problems and general engineering strategy. I can also advise on agile transformation at scale and proactive strategies for measuring Engineering effectiveness and quality.
