I was looking for a management trainer to generally shore up my knowledge and skills, as well as review my current practices. Steve worked to help me clarify the vision moving forward, and then thoughtfully explored my current practices and made practical suggestions on how I could improve them. Through working with Steve, I discovered some major issues that were holding myself and the team back which I am now optimistic in fixing, as well as some great processes for team discipline processes.
