One of the most important parts of starting a business or trying to manage a fast growing company is how to set up the company's organization and systems. FBA and eCommerce businesses are no exception!
Creating a system for developing systems is part of my experience that can have a massive impact on companies.
Having the right system can be the difference between scaling and failing.
If you can engineer your business and organization to produce a predictable result each and every time the leverage you get from that result will be incredibly valuable and easier to manage than chaos.
Through process review and redesign we have uncovered hundreds of thousands of dollars of untracked and potentially wasted spend in several small companies. (revenue less than 20M USD)
This is one of the areas that can empower and organization. Rather than blaming people for doing something wrong, you analyze the system to see why the system was not adequate. Then you tweak the system and train the people to manage the system. This really can mean a lot to an organization.
