Providing branding and psych-analyses that lead to creating optimum branding & message strategies as well as applicable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
Product & Business Concept Development – Initial or continued improvement of physical products, software/website usage behavior, &/or service experiences based on individual, behavioral, & usage traits.
Training includes an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. which encompasses Business, Marketing, Psychology/Consumer Behavior, Research Methods, Cognition & Online Behavior as well as an MBA in Marketing Strategy & Organizational Behavior and a BSBA in Management. Professional marketing experiences include developing comprehensive strategies, marketing plans & assessments across a range of industries, from large-scale mixed-used developments and industrial marketing to durable goods, consumer products, financial services, & hospitality. This professional marketing experience is complimented via 14+ years of teaching undergrad and graduate marketing theory & applications as well as the review & assessment of 1,000’s of marketing and individual promotional plans.
