Being audited and working in regulated industries can be a daunting prospect. I've spent over 15 years working with boards, risk and audit committees, and compliance teams (as well as years of experience as an auditor as well). Many professionals can initially see these fields as non-value add, or check the box fields. And they can be that if you make them that way. But, I work with organizations to use these areas to create value, strengthen management routines, and provide transparency through a business as it scales.
