Making the next career step can be terrifying, or exhilarating, or both. There can be a million options to choose from and each can take a lot of time and energy to explore, all while trying to handle the shit that piles up each day.

I've been counseling jobseekers in their search for new careers, particularly in the startup world, for over 5 years. I run a job matchmaking startup (Jobsuitors.com), and I'm happy to pass on my knowledge in the following areas:
