We (I work with a colleague here) bring to the table multiple successful sales of patent portfolios -- all in the 7-figure range. We have personal relationships with all the leading NPEs (Non-practicing entities or, as termed by the naysayers, "patent trolls), and with many of the leading technology executives.
We have never failed to sell a patent portfolio for less than seven figures. The catch: We don't represent most portfolio owners, because 97%-98% of patents are worthless, sad, perhaps, but true. We never mass mail (or email) -- we reach out personally to those entities with a legitimate reason to want to acquire the portfolio.
We are not mere brokers and we do all the work ourselves. Nothing is sloughed off. We package, position, and strategically represent your portfolio. We construct claim charts and other documentation as necessary to obtain maximum value for your inventions. We have had success even with patents only 4 years away from expiring.
