After working with me your firm will better understand how to conduct a market analysis (landscape analysis), competitive analysis on both firms and/or products (depending on what you work on).
Either I can conduct myself or train you in both business analyses and/or landscape analysis for your business/product lines, including:
-Sector growth areas
-existing and potential clients/donors/consumers
-collection and assimilation of vital data and statistics for states, regions, countries and consumer demographics
-funding streams and pipelines
-Competition/competing firms or products
-Potential partnerships
These will help you to identify your competitive advantage and thus position yourself within an existing or future market that your firm is in or wishes to enter. You will better understand how to position yourself to show off your value to existing and future clients and what firms you should be targeting for your business while cutting into your competitor's landscape.
