Helped establish a new work in North Africa and coached others in raising funds and serving cross-culturally. 2012 - 2014 Project Manager for a digital solution I designed to help clarify internal processes in ways that served the end user and the people coaching them. 2000 - 2005 Associate Pastor over numerous ministries of a growing church in Frederick, MD. 1996 - 2000 Served as a church planter in in the Middle East.
