As a Dale Carnegie trainer, I have been in a position to facilitate and lead hundreds of participants to step up and find their inner strength to excel at public presentations. However, my approach to mentoring others is more based on my personal experiences with public speaking and leadership over the last 35 years. I've had the honor of testifying before Congress and presenting to government officials in Vietnam. I've been blessed with opportunities to speak to small intimate community round tables to hundreds in an auditorium. Add my personal practical application to my professional training and I have confidence in developing an approach with each person that meets their style and comfort level.
In addition, I have worked full time in a profession that is focused on assisting others identify personal strategies for career choices. My entire professional life has been centered on empowering others achieve their personal, career and leadership goals.
