I have built out and led Small,Medium, and Large IT and customer service focused call centers the past 17 years. I have led teams that have been both domestic and international. I also have experience with outsourcing and BPO operations. I am heavily focused on creating environments that have a fine balance of EQ and IQ in order to help build world-class services.
