I'm an author of several books on innovation - what it is and how to do it at a personal and organizational level. I spent 20 years as a C-suite executive and worked converting innovations into wealth for multi-billion dollar global firms and a 50 person start-up. I'm a Vistage Chair, qualified to coach CEOs, adjunct professor teaching Applied Innovation and Organizational Design at the MBA level. I mentor over 20 professionals on difficult business problems and serve on multiple boards and am a member of Cornerstoneangels a Chicago based angel investor group.
