As organizations mature, they often begin to gain more clarity on how technology and systems can support and enhance their business activities. Inevitably, ad hoc growth in the company's technology footprint produces and inefficient foundation that is difficult to sustain.

I work with organisations to understand and define how technology must be aligned with business requirements and must be designed to support the established vision and strategy for the whole organisation.

A technology strategy not only aligns systems with business objectives but provides a roadmap for growth and maturity within the technology architecture such that the company can support its planned future state.

I am a business transformation consultant, focused on helping organizations to build and improve business models, manage change, align service areas, build capabilities and improve operations.
