Are you looking to be healthier, live better, enjoy more? Are you not sure where to even begin? How to sift through the tremendous amount of information that is out there and how you can apply it to yourself? I can help guide you, personally on a path to health, wellness and greater joy; a bridge to a more whole you, or, fullness of being. Equating to greater levels of wellness, energy, and joy. How do you become more deliberate in your life and less of a hapless sailor out at sea with no oars, sails or motor? Begin with natural means to health, tools and services that encourage the body's natural processes and healing ability. Supplements, herbs, various naturally based therapies are the tools; they are a means to an end and not an end in and of themselves. The answer to health is not replace 12 pharmaceutical pills with 12 supplement or herbal pills. Possibly in the short term to kickstart the rebalancing, but should not be understood as something to take continuously, forever. A lack of health does not equate to a lack of pills, whether chemical or natural.
