NextEra Energy – Overseeing two Projects and two teams of 5. I reconciled a warn relationship with two separate business units to regain business buy in and responsibilities, which allowed the team to work on clear objectives and more comfortably fulfill Scrum practices. Saved/Created a total of $100 million dollars. In parallel, I reinstituted all ceremonies and refreshed our metrics to be admissible to upper management.
Envision Healthcare – Overseeing 6 projects, three of which were 2 million or more acquisitions, I coordinated and reintroduced traditional ceremonies, resetting the team process easily identify issues and solutions. Was the primary liaison 4 CEOs and regularly coached Product and Program Owners on dealing with the team and level setting expectations.
IPC - Projects include CRM development team and End User team, implementation of the company's first Work from Home and guidelines via proprietary applications, adoption of Kanban for our Helpdesk team, a team oriented disciplinary system.
WBS - Primary Scrum Master for 3 infrastructure teams and 2 development team. Completed over 50 sprints, including moving a distribution center to a 10 bay RFID facility with 150 users, 10 servers and 3 hypervisors, as well as multiple domain, exchange and Platform migrations.
