Spectra sat in the panel of experts for the award ceremony of the Women's Hope Education and Training Trust in South Africa. Spectra spoke about the power that the awardees, grassroots women leaders already have if they use their voices. Spectra inspired our women immensely. Spectra has great passion for people and for her work, and she indeed has her heart in the right place.

Spectra is a genius when it comes to creating space that feels safe and centering for a variety off marginalized groups (and subgroups within those communities) but still warmly invites allies at all levels of previous engagement.
