• Lead the creation, definition and delivery of innovative business and customer experience concepts for the website• Help define and deliver lead generation and eCommerce road maps and periodic schedule to meet key performance targets and defined work flow processes.• Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive lead conversions, sales and profits including: SEM, SEO, PPC, display and banner advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, redirect, email marketing and other related online marketing strategies and tactics.• Uses web analytic applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques• Identify fraud schemes and take appropriate action to prevent potential losses, mitigate risk and provide overall guidance to IT and Finance management staff• Identify and manage key metrics and performance indicators throughout the entire digital customer experience• Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market and technological trends, developments and digital product opportunities to help determine digital product recommendations within the scope of the corporate and department objectives• Establish and manage online customer loyalty clubs
