I believe it’s a smart thing to do to get clarity and get advice when things are not working out. The area I can help is related to sales, relationships, team work and leadership. I’ve dealt with situations that seemed rather difficult, and accomplished things that seemed impossible. In 2002 I moved from China to the US and founded EPM Solutions. EPMS became a $3.5 million revenue company in 2013. Many people have told me that what I have accomplished is pretty impressive, given I was from a different culture and having to struggle with language. What I know, regardless what I achieved in the US or in China, is there is a “way” to achieve goals that seemed difficult or beyond our capabilities, and it takes much of the mystery and guesswork out of how to get there. Schedule a call and I will help you with the details.

Sophia has a great, no nonsense, business mind mixed with a friendly and bright personality. Her clarity of purpose is noticeable in everything she does. I am blessed to have Sophia as a friend and adviser.
Source: LinkedIn Norman Morse Jan 28, 2014I met Sophia through the SVAMA when she was networking for EPM and looking for career growth. Since then, she's completed an MBA while working full-time (which is very hard) and has impressed me and several of my contacts with her entrepreneurial drive and global business smarts. She's a shoe-in for an international sales/marketing/BD position given her US and China business experience.
