David Mitchell, a 38 year licensed builder and founding partner of Sol-Con Company since 1977. Originally installed solar hot water and pool heating systems. The company transitioned in the early 1980's to doing Department of Energy weatherization work which included roofing, blown in cellulose insulation to attics and walls, as well as installing doors and windows.
