Community Banking Strategy

I will help credit unions and other community banks on product innovation, technology acquisition, growth strategy, board recruitment and operational efficiency.

I have 7 years experience within the community banking sector advising boards of credit unions, I also contributed to the Association of British Credit Unions' strategy to counter emerging competition and threats to the credit union industry. I am also a former member of the Building Society Association's PR Forum.

Additionally, I have previously led the Young Savers division of the largest credit union in London - increasing its membership by 40%. I additionally, headed the compliance and risk function and assisted the establishment of a credit union presence within the UK Armed Forces.

I am currently the Founder and CEO of Cato - an award winning financial technology platform designed to improve consumer financial health via innovative banking. I lead a team of highly experienced individuals with backgrounds stemming from C-suite of PLCs as well as senior consultant and founding teams of unicorn banks in the UK.
