MenuSurviving When a Key Team Member Walks Out
Created 5 years ago in Skills & Management / Entrepreneurship
Starting a business is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. But you already know that. But one of the uniquely painful founder experiences is the resignation of one of your founding team members. Or worse - a co-founder.
I've been there. I've suffered. I've hung on by my fingertips. And I've survived, and ultimately thrived.
Were there things I could have done to improve my odds of survival, and shortened the length of time I suffered for? Absolutely - and I wish I had known them then.
Maybe you're there right now. Maybe you'd like to prepare for any eventuality. Whatever the case, if you give me a call, I'll share what I've learned with candour.
