I've grown a software company from the ground to 60 people. We were recognised as Best Technology Company (SME) and our retention rates exceeded industry standards. Sixty people may not sound like a lot but when you create the right culture you would be amazed at what 60 people can accomplish.

I'm the founder of simplovate® - a new consultancy dedicated to bringing innovative thinking to the masses.

My practical experience is supplemented by my education - currently a doctoral candidate at Henley Business School with a research focus on innovative culture.
