FAANG-Style Mock Interview (Fortune 100 Tech Companies)

For any well-known Tech company, you will have 5 interviews for the virtual onsite, of which 2 will assess your leadership principles. If you are interviewing for a technical program manager or product manager position, 2 interviews will assess your project/program management skills.

I'll conduct a mock leadership principles or program management interview (a simulation of a real interview) and give you FAANG feedback.

Great Practice for Software Engineers, Program Managers, and Product Managers interviewing for FAANG or tech companies, at the intermediate to senior principal level (Levels: Amazon L4 - L8 / Google L4 - L8 / Microsoft 69 / or Equivalent)

* “Tell Me About Yourself” and review of your background
* Resume based questions on your work, education, technical skills, and achievements
* Behavioral questions

===15-minute debrief===
* My vote (Strongly Inclined, Inclined, Not Inclined, Strongly Not Inclined)
* Written and thorough feedback on what you need to improve on. This is normally entered into FAANG recruiting backend system
* Tips for prepping and adapting your answers
