Willis gave you solid advice. I'd add only two things:
1. Don't go in thinking of them as potential licensees, but partners. You need to determine what, if anything, is in it for them, and how you can make their lives and those of their customers easier.
2. In addition to talking to product managers, even better, talk to their front-line sales team. They'll know better than anyone what gaps exist in their product and what barriers exist to closing more deals.
