MY EXPERIENCE: I’m the President/CEO of an employee-owned equipment dealership company with four locations covering two states in the Southern Plains of the U.S. I’ve worked in and managed everything from sales to to IT and managed service business, small ticket / high volume business, and large ticket/ low volume business. I’ve scaled a company and managed through restructuring and recovery.
WHAT I DO: I help small - medium businesses create strategies and develop tactics that help them grow rapidly, improve profitability, and increase cash flow. We do this in a way that helps leaders keep their sanity using proven practices and personal experience.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: After managing a small - medium business for the past 19 years, I know the pains and pressures of what you do every day. I’ve been through the low lows and the high highs. I’ve had to turn around a business and come out growing on the other side. I’ve led a team through a 200% Cash Flow Turnaround and I understand high volume, small ticket business, high ticket, low volume business and service businesses. Metrics and KPIs have been my specialty and people often say the numbers “talk" to me.
