I’m a French-born commercial strategist based in London with 20 years’ experience driving revenue and distribution across Tech, Media, Telecoms, and Gaming. I specialise in scaling businesses through B2B, B2C and B2B2C go-to-market models, with a focus on telco and streaming partnerships, smart monetisation strategies, and high-impact deal structuring. Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at EE and Orange UK across broadband, TV, and convergence, leading 4+ proposition launches that consistently improved ARPU and profitability.
