I have worked in restaurants for the last 15 years. I have held every position from Dishwasher to Head Chef, from busser to floor manager, and have experience fixing most common restaurant equipment. My training style involves motivating existing staff, as well as streamlining the hiring and onboarding of new staff, into a work culture of positivity and creativity. My previous teams have thrived under my tutelage and always take pride in their craft. Even though many of them have gone on to new and better opportunities, they continue to instill the positivity and aspirations that I shared with them. I want to bring my methodology to a wider audience in order to improve the lives and situations of every member of a restaurant team. From the lowest level employees to the highest level owners and operators, I await the chance to share my knowledge with you all!
