From Idea to MVP - the Right Way

Developing an MVP is not always easy. In last 13 years, my team and I worked with 1500 products and a good number of those started with MVP. Understanding what features to keep in the MVP, what to skip and how to launch an MVP effectively defines whether the product is going to be successful or not.
