Sean leads the strategy practice of LIDD consultants, a global consumer products & retail consultancy. In this role, he advises boards and management teams on value chain transformation. From offices in Los Angeles, Toronto, Seoul, and Montreal, LIDD serves global leaders, emerging distributors, investors, and the middle market.
In addition to strategy, LIDD leads supply chain transformation and implementation through its technology and design practices. Here the firm designs and deploys the physical and technological infrastructure that power its clients' businesses.
Prior to his career in consulting, Sean led a start-up/CPG fusion team with Smithfield Foods and Chef'd as SVP of Retail at Chef'd. In this role, he engineered a $25mm investment to rapidly scale in-store meal kits, leading the category in distribution and sales velocity. The company was acquired by True Food Innovations.
Preceding Chef'd, Sean headed operations, business development, and partnerships for Purple Carrot, a multi-category plant-based food brand. Here, he conceived, sourced, and structured a strategic partnership with Tom Brady, quadrupling revenue, and transformed the supply chain to an outsourced model. The company was acquired by Japanese e-commerce giant Oisix Ra Daichi.
Sean began his career in food co-founding LeanBox, an unattended workplace foodservice start-up operating smart-fridges in over 1000 workplaces in the Northeast United States.
