I've been a successful restaurant entrepreneur my entire business life. With more than 20 years of experience in all facets of the food and beverage space, I can bring clarity and direction to fellow entrepreneurs both starting off new brands or interested in fine-tuning existing concepts. My experience is very diverse. I own and operate the largest McDonald's franchise company in the City of San Francisco. I co-founded a boutique restaurant group (Tastes on the Fly) that develops or licenses high quality F&B concepts in airports coast to coast. I have acted as an angel investor and/or consultant to some exceptional food concepts such as Jerry Remy's Sports Bar & Grill, Martin Yan's M.Y. China, Home Restaurant and Munch at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas. I love sharing my pathways to success in the restaurant space as well as the stumbles I've made along the way as a means to educate and inspire another generation of operators.
