When customers succeed, companies succeed. It's really a simple equation that is often misunderstood. Good design is much more than simply hiring a UX designer or researcher for usability studies or wireframes. Good design is a mindset that everyone on the project team needs to fully embrace and follow. Only then will digital goals be realized and project objectives achieved.
