Sasha is a talented consultant and trainer in the area of performance metrics. Our organization was starting from the ground up in both our understanding of the subject and in writing key performance indicators. Sasha was an excellent teacher providing us with educational materials and training sessions. He patiently took us through the objectives of learning the subject and writing our agencies metrics from the ground up. He accomplished this in an organization that was very green in the subject, and kept us on task by managing our deliverables effectively.

Sasha was one of the best managers I've ever worked for. We worked together in the IT Department at Level 3 Communications for 3 years. He began his career here as a Sr. Engineer and was promoted to an IT Manager and then promoted to the global area of the organization.
During Sasha's service with us, he spent considerable time focusing on my development. Sasha had very high expectations for us and was demanding but he genuinely cared about each of us as individuals - which made us work harder for him.
