Sarah was a keynote speaker at a recent conference for women in technology which I helped organize. She gave an excellent talk on "Empowerment in the Digital Age." Her "10 Lessons From 30 Years in Tech" were an inspiration to the 175 young college women who were in attendance. Sarah effectively wove her practical advice with personal stories and anecdotes that were both inspirational and moving. She is an excellent speaker who connects with her audience in a very personal way. I highly recommend her for public speaking or lecturing.
Source: LinkedIn private private Nov 19, 2013Sarah is an amazing person to work with. At WomenCount her endless source of ideas and broad range of of New Media and consulting skills helped truly push the limits of the goals we were trying to reach at WomenCount. I worked under Sarah on a number of projects as well and have always found her able to communicate her ideas and instructions clearly. I learned a lot from Sarah during our time working together and found her to be a great colleague to work with in any capacity.

Source: LinkedIn Catalina Ruiz-Healy Sep 26, 2013Sarah manages the dozen or so writers at SFBaystyle.com with care and flexibility, always recognizing the hard work and dedication of her staff. She is a master at staying abreast of important issues of the day and can speak and write on an impressive variety of topics. Both professional and personable, Sarah is a pleasure to work with and would be a plus to any organization.
Source: LinkedIn Moya Stone Sep 26, 2013Sarah provided CPSR with expert project management covering a range of organization-building activities and culminating in the upgrade of our web site to a content management platform. She worked with us during a very difficult time in the organization, during which it underwent more leadership changes than years elapsed, and some how managed to deliver results that helped move us forward in both technology and systems.
Source: LinkedIn Paul Hyland Sep 26, 2013As Director of Internet Strategy & Operations, Sarah showed herself as a visionary in orchestrating ground-breaking web activities for a political campaign. She was doing things in 2004 that most campaigns have only fully embraced and executed on four years later. She's a true leader and someone I would highly recommend, whether you're working in politics and advocacy, or in the business world.
Source: LinkedIn Jack Sparks Sep 26, 2013Sarah is a pleasure to work with, does a great job on her writing, and delivers consistently terrific copy too. You can see some of her work for me at digitallanding.com. I would highly recommend her for future assignments.
Source: LinkedIn David Strom computer networking expert Sep 26, 2013During the 2004 exploratory campaign for fmr Senator Gary Hart's prospective presidential campaign, Sarah rolled out an innovative internet strategy that was truly years ahead of its time. Using technology as the great communication tool that it can be, Sarah implemented one of the earliest and most brilliant campaign website to date. Her professionalism and insight were inspirational to us all and shaped the way other campaigns used the web as an active, interactive tool.
Source: LinkedIn John Kenworthy Sep 26, 2013Sarah was one of the best student employees I have had work for me. While a student employee working for me Sarah leveraged her education and experience into a new technical direction and demonstrated her ability to distill large amounts of highly technical information into a form the could be easily understood by technical and non-technical people. She always presented not only technically accurate information but well thought out summaries that correctly reflected the significance of the information.
