Have been trained by real life set of challenges and how to find relevant set of actions, experience of about 10 years, with an MBA as far as qualifications are concerned. I believe in "Answers are secondary, right set of question is a problem half solved". So some time I believe in reframing the challenges and perception about them to hit Bull's eye.
