My professional career began working on the design of industrial machines reaching the position of
Product Manager and leading a team of seven people.
After some years I decided to expand my knowledges working in another sector, specifically in the design and development of international projects related to industrial automation and material handling,
Step by step, my personal growth lead me to become a Manager, indeed I’m working as Engineering Manager, leading and monitoring a direct team of engineers that work on projects execution according to budget and schedule.
