I love the thrill of a new challenge, working collaboratively with clients on-site to build innovative solutions on the back of napkins, and presenting those findings in a clear, actionable manner. I'm also passionate about managing talent -- building a workplace culture around me that's open, honest, and motivating.
When I'm not at work, I'm either networking across a wide variety of industry events, meeting with startups and entrepreneurs to provide what I call, "drive-by-consulting," or playing video games.
