Your product may be in the right market if you're gaining customers. But if you're not increasing traction, are you in the right niche? Are you trying to achieve the right goals? Asking yourself a few simple "Why" questions will force you to honestly assess your company's long-term viability and choose to pivot or persevere (nod to The Lean Startup by Eric Ries). Only then will you be on your way to removing risk from your business model.
One of my passions is wowing customers using great design and an even better experience. Achieving a perfect fusion of UX & UI is more than possible if you follow a few, simple steps.
Managing your employees, contractors, partners, and customers is probably more important than managing the business affairs of your company. Why? Because your success hinges on their success. So how do you manage people? To start, we all know that every person is different. What you may not know is that you can't manage every person the same way. Get to know your people. Take genuine interest in them. Managing starts with building rapport. After all, he/she who wants to lead the best must first serve the best.
