In 2020, Ryan Byrd went from driving for Lyft to generating over six figures.
Before co-founding Peninsula Property Solutions, Ryan worked as a fiber technician with an overbearing schedule that left little time for him to pursue his other passions. As a natural-born entrepreneur, he has always been determined to make a living working a job he enjoyed, preferably one that allowed him to have complete control over his time.
After months of deliberation, Ryan made the jump to full-time entrepreneurship by quitting his job to begin working as a Lyft driver. Having a flexible work schedule opened up extra hours during the day to explore other entrepreneurial ventures and opportunities, which included unsuccessful attempts to create e-commerce websites.
The opportunity that would change everything presented itself one day when his father invited Ryan to join him along on his new journey to building a real estate business. Together, this father and son team would participate in a real estate course, and begin their business venture as Peninsula Property Solutions LLC.
While working together to grow their business, Ryan also became a realtor with The Harrington Group Of Coldwell Banker Realty and began to focus on his specializations in wholesaling, residential portfolio evaluations, multi-family evaluations, and lead generation. Inspired to continue expanding his impressive resume, he quickly became an investor and master at wholesaling in addition to his role as an agent.
With hard work and dedication, Ryan’s drive to succeed led him to generate over six figures during his first year in real estate.
