At Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy, we provide personalized one-on-one care in a private setting at our clinic inside of Xcel Health Club in Rowlett, TX, but which may also include your home, office, your local health club, or even your favorite golf course in and around the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex! Mobile or In-Home Outpatient services are available to Medicare beneficiaries but also individuals with private insurance or as a private concierge service.
Specialties we treat include orthopedic care for both pre- and post-surgical injuries including total joint replacements, back pain, sciatica, neck pain and headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist or hand pain including carpal tunnel, and hip, knee, ankle and foot pain, including plantar fasciitis. Basically. If it is neuromusculoskeletal and it hurts, we treat it!
We also provide post-rehabilitation medical fitness and exercise and medical stretching for individuals who have completed formal outpatient physical therapy, but who want and need guidance and personal training to return to their former level of fitness and exercise activities.
Russell Darrington, our chief physical therapist holds several specialty certifications including in Spinal and Extremity Manipulation, Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Body Tempering, as well as a Diploma of Osteopractic, which is a sub-specialty within Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Osteopractors are essentially a physical therapist, a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, and a personal trainer, all rolled into one practitioner. We can and do apply parts of all of those treatment disciplines to our care.
Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy was awarded the 2020 Osteopractic Clinic of the Year, an honor held by only 10 clinics nationwide!
