eCommerce Growth and Operations
Created 5 years ago in Business / Getting Started

In my career, I've been a web developer, where I designed and implemented warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, purchasing and planning, forecasting, order management, A/B testing systems, data visualization tools, customer service tools, attribution systems, and more. As such, I'm familiar with almost every aspect of an eCommerce operation--whether it's online pure-play, or as part of an omni-channel brand.
As a marketer, I built a team that was responsible for nearly tripling the revenue of an already eight figure brand, and guiding it through an acquisition and merger with a new parent organization. My team and I then replatformed their site onto our framework, and managed digital marketing for both brands.
I've presented dozens of times at events like eTail (East and West), Bronto Summit (now a part of Oracle), and podcasts and interviews, on topics ranging from attribution modeling to LTV forecasting.
By virtue of experience ranging from engineer to executive, I've had the opportunity to learn from a variety of perspectives. If an expert is someone who's made every mistake possible in a narrow field, then I believe that background qualifies me as such.

Prior to starting StatBid (my paid search agency) in 2015, I was VP of Digital Marketing for Leslie's Pool Supplies, a national chain with over 900 stores in 35 states. I've managed digital marketing and engineering teams through a variety of challenges over those years. I recommend taking a look at my LinkedIn profile (and recommendations) for more context!
