I had the privilege of working directly with Rosie while she was an intern at Translation during the Summer of 2007. During this time, Rosie was a huge asset to the Translation (and specifically Samsung) team this summer. She hit the ground running from the very start and was confident in her abilities to execute what was asked of her. By proving herself at the beginning of the summer, she became a go-to member of the team, such that when another account had a similar project in the works, they went to her for leadership. Rosie's specific strengths include:
Organization - Rosie’s organization skills helped to keep projects on track and completed in a timely manner; she has already developed organization techniques similar to those who have been in the industry for years and uses those to her advantage when leading an initiative.
Follow-Through - Many times Rosie was asked to execute the beginnings of a project – start a deck, provide the team with initial research, etc – and with each project she would consistently follow up to ensure that the information provided was what was needed and that no further work needed to be done.
Desire to Learn - Rosie’s strong passion for brands and this industry is apparent in her inquisitive responses; she knows when to listen, when to ask questions and when to take notes – a skill that is vital throughout your entire career in this business.
