MenuOffering Guidance on Forging Relationships With Clients, Customers, and More
Created 2 months ago in Sales & Marketing / Branding
Starting a business with sheer passion was not enough. We need clients. We have to help them find us, and once that happens, we have to promote ourselves. In my experience, I knew what my clients needed. They had reservations, but I was confident I was going to be of service to them. One thing I know for sure, you have to meet people where they are, and then it's up to us to navigate from there. We have a perspective they haven't seen yet, because we already envision our service or product in their lives, enhancing it somehow. While my area of marketing was to families during end of life status, the principles I used are applied in any successfully performing operation. I am able to give perspective and suggestions without your ego in hopes to help you perform your best and reach your goals.

This journey began after caring for my own mother who battled Alzheimer's. After she passed, I had so much love and care I wanted to give her, so I gave it to other people. I studied and worked in a level 1 trauma center for several years and found that people needed more care than policy, procedure, and insurance often allow. I started my own business because I understood healthcare was not all about other people's money, but about maintaining their dignity.
