I have been teaching leadership and soft skills for over 20 years. In recent years, I have added an MBA in Management and Leadership, as well as an HR concentration and certification. I particularly enjoy working with individuals in establishing their personal and professional communication skills, conflict management skills and understanding of leadership and team development.
