Over the more then 20 years in web development, have been in all different roles: junior developer, middle, senior, team lead, technical account manager and last 10 years as a CTO. Was part of oursourcing and outstuffing teams. Experience in building projects and teams from scratch as well as leading and further development of existing products and teams. Experience in different workflows: waterfall, scrum, kanban. Experience in different web architectures: monolith, SOA, microservices, splitting monolith. Horizontal and vertical scaling for high availability (docker swarm and kubernetes). Different type of projects: e-commerce platforms, health&care, own hardware development, mobile applications, web scrapping, booking platform and so on.
