My knowledge about lean management and manufacturing, my experience working in processes optimizing and in the developing standard way to work would allow me to assist your projects to be successful.
I have skills and experience to work as a Consultant in many industries, I am very organized with my work. I have used MS Visio for process designing, and I have experience implementing KPIs and new ways to work. As a result of my experience, I have developed proficiency in processes optimization.
Functions:
- Diluting fixed costs by increasing the use of the plant and production volume. Diagnose areas of opportunity that allow meeting the objectives of the project and redesign the Management System with the implementation of KPIs. In addition, restructure and improve the areas of production support to give stability to the operation.
- Diagnosis of opportunities for improvement and execution of optimization projects focused on the operations strategy, process reengineering, organizational productivity and human development, with qualitative and quantitative results reflected in the alignment of plans, strategic objectives and statements of customer results.
Industry: Mine, Production Drinking Water, Aviation, Import Autoparts, Fishery and Manufacturing in general.
