program development is my is my background (MPH) I currently manage Food Safety functions and create SOPs for over 250 grocery stores. Spent 10 years harassing restaurants and food businesses, hotels, daycares, and swimming pools as a Health Inspector. I have a culinary degree and experience in high end catering and food service management. I owned a small baking business in which I shipped product throughout the US. My passion is to help independent food businesses grow.
