During the time I was on his team, Robin managed teams in 3 cities (4 if you count Markham) across two provinces in order to build the capabilities of TD people across North America. In addition to leading these dispersed teams, he also took on personal responsibility to facilitate a highly successful leadership development program and to develop social media usage and competence within the department and business unit… all this while simultaneously finding the time to present internationally on social media issues and teaching several courses at the university level.
