I would like to take the opportunity to describe the work that Robert, performed for me as Director of Platform Development at Mood Media.

Robert quickly emerged as a leader among is peer group. He was highly successful in his role as Development Leader. Excellent communication and leadership skills created a highly functional team who accomplished a tremendous amount of quality work in very short timelines. His experience and expertise guided me to the successful completion of a very difficult projects. I depended on him for coaching with regard to communication skills as well as strategy and vision creation.

Robert has the ability to transition from a technical role to a management role where appropriate. The skill to "bridge the gap" between the technical and the functional make him an excellent facilitator between IT and the business.

While at Muzak I worked with Robert to deliver several critical IT project initiatives. When I needed help navigating through the organization or if I needed timely answers to technical questions, Robert was the ‘go-to’ person. Besides his technical and project management expertise, Robert demonstrated effective leadership prowess and mentoring skills. His team responded well to his guidance and it was obvious he had earned their respect. Finding a level headed business savvy professional willing to roll up their sleeves to resolve issues is not an easy task. Robert is that kind of person and he is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Robert without hesitation to anyone seeking a professional with these qualities.

While at Equifirst Corporation as an IT Developer, I had the pleasure of working with Robert in the role of Business System Analyst. I found his work to be very detailed and accurate. He was always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. In performing his job responsibilities, I found him to be a motivated individual and very resourceful in completing his assigned tasks.
