INTRODUCTION
I am attracted to leadership skills in all sets of career platform, I always wish to see different companies and organizations grow to achieve their objective as directed by their leaders hence I find it upon myself to be to know best practices for a leader to use in order to bring out the best from his/her team. I have been able to work with different people as their team leader and have been able to see that we are able to achieve our set goals and objectives. I dream to see a future that leaders can be counted accountable for the decisions they make in order to achieve.
WORK EXPERIENCE
December 2019 – January 2022 : Volunteer
I was given a privilege to work as a volunteer in Compassion International under a project based in KAG FREEAREA CHURCH NAKURU. The projects of the organization are widespread across the country and are given specific code for identity. I was able to get more skills of office work like secretarial, data entry and working with different office machines like printers, scanners and photocopiers. I was able to increase my level of interaction and socialization with different people regardless of their age. I was also able to learn of how to do transactions in the bank as I was sometimes sent to deposit cheques in the bank.
