During my tenure as a Project Coordinator at Jamnel Care Organization in South Sudan, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of effective program implementation. From facilitating engaging stakeholder collaborations to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with donors and beneficiaries alike, I've been deeply involved in ensuring that our interventions create lasting change where it's needed most.
In Iraq, I had the privilege of serving as a Community-Based Protection Manager and Outreach Coordinator with the Swedish Development Aid Organization (SWEDO). In the heart of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), I worked tirelessly alongside local stakeholders to champion the rights and needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees. Together, we implemented multi-sectoral interventions that not only addressed immediate challenges but also paved the way for long-term resilience and empowerment within the community.
But my passion for humanitarian work doesn't stop there. As an Operations Manager at the Women Advancement Organization (WAO) in Juba, South Sudan, I took on the challenge of managing a diverse portfolio of projects focused on gender equality, women's empowerment, and youth development. Through innovative strategies, effective resource management, and unwavering dedication, I played a pivotal role in driving positive social change and fostering inclusive, thriving communities.
